Workflow<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All users authorized to create a processing form can also initiate an Impact Assessment. The DPO team and PIA experts are authorized to evaluate the analysis. If you wish to adjust the permissions on your instance, please contact Provacy Support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-content-justification-center is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-layout-2 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tuto.provacy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/08\/fafe5612-3044-4df4-82c3-448af9267dd6.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:800px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>When the PIA is in \"Validated\" status, it is considered complete and awaiting signature. The validation action notifies the signatory via email, inviting him to sign or reject the analysis.
