From the Administration menu, the DPO team can access the Transfers<\/em> menu. The list of Countries<\/em>, classified according to their level of data protection, is based on information from the Data.gouv<\/a> file. It will be regularly updated by the Support team while preserving any modifications you may have made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Still from the same menu, Legislations<\/em> allows you to assess the legislations and practices of the destination countries for data, as well as the effectiveness of the transfer tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The legislations of six countries have been recorded based on reports from the EDPB (European Data Protection Board): Russia, India, China<\/a>, Mexico and Turkey<\/a>, and Brazil<\/a>. You can complete them as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
