Its aim is to ensure safety, transparency, and the protection of fundamental rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Risk-based approach<\/strong> :\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Prohibited<\/strong>: systems deemed unacceptable (e.g., cognitive manipulation, social scoring).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>High risk<\/strong>: AI used in sensitive areas (health, education, employment, security, critical infrastructures).
