Versioning of forms<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The versioning of RoPA forms is essential because it ensures the legal value and reliability of the official record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a1\ufe0f Without versioning, a RoPA is not truly official nor enforceable.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Versioning process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The V1 form is published in the RoPA<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The \u201cNew version\u201d<\/strong> action automatically creates a V2 draft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Editing and validating V2<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The \u201cPublish\u201d<\/strong> action replaces V1 with V2 in the RoPA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. V1 is automatically archived and remains accessible in the history.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    From the list of processing activities, you can display all versions of a form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Display the archived forms<\/strong> to view the previous versions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ajoutez les colonnes Version<\/strong> and Version ID<\/strong>.\n

      • Le Version ID<\/strong> suit la structure : ID d\u2019origine<\/em> + \u201c.\u201d + num\u00e9ro de version<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      • Filter by the original ID<\/strong> to display all versions of the same form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        From each form, a version and status indicator<\/strong> is always visible in the toolbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • It immediately indicates the version<\/strong> you are working on and its status<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • You can open the other versions<\/strong> with a single click.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          In the Info<\/strong> tab, you will find:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • all the version<\/strong> and status<\/strong> information,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • as well as the full version history<\/strong>, including the reasons for review<\/strong> when provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
