You can define priorities, share documents and trigger email reminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It enables you to demonstrate your accountability by ensuring the traceability of completed and planned actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actions may include, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>awareness sessions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>processing activity audits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>security-related actions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>retention period management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and, more generally, any action required as part of your compliance process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each user only has access to the actions that concern them. To request its activation, contact Provacy Support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Worklaod<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For each action, the user can record the time spent completing it.
