Worklaod

The Activities menu already allows you to document all your compliance-related actions. It now includes the ability to add workloads, specifying the time spent by each contributor on each activity.

⚙️ This feature is optional, free of charge, and activated upon request to Provacy Support.
It allows shared DPOs to assess and justify their workload by entity and by department.

Activity report

The dynamic report allows monthly monitoring of the number of activities and workloads (if the option is enabled), with filters by data controller, unit, year, and type of activity.

⚙️ The monitoring report is activated upon request and may, if needed, exclude workload statistics. Additional tables can be added according to your needs.

The report is organized into three main sections:

• statistics by number of records (forms)
• the total workload
• your workload
