Select the organisational scope

In the Provacy application, a user can only act on forms within their organisational scope, meaning the entity and/or unit to which they are assigned.

By default, only forms within this scope are displayed.

In the standard configuration, users can also view published forms from other scopes. However, this option may be disabled on certain instances.
