AI Systems
This dedicated module supports you in achieving compliance with the AI Act and in assessing your AI systems.
The module is structured into 4 steps:
- Describe your system: type, purpose, status, data processed… with a direct link to your tools and processing activities already tracked in the GDPR module.
- Diagnose according to the AI Act: a questionnaire categorizes your system and displays your regulatory obligations.
- Check obligations: a clear checklist allows you to verify, document, and measure your level of compliance through a compliance score.
- Assess trustworthiness: a questionnaire based on the 7 criteria of trustworthy AI suggests concrete measures to strengthen transparency, robustness, and ethics.
- Print a complete AI system report

Access to the module
The Diagnostic sub-menu is used to assess an AI project, without requiring it to be registered as an internal AI system.
By default, this module is accessible to the DPO team (DPO and DPO Assistant roles). Other roles can be enabled upon request, depending on your needs:
