Software and tools

By creating your system in Software/Tool, you can link it to your processing forms when they involve personal data. This will allow you to:

• check, from the list of tools, which ones have an AI System form,
• see, from the list of processing activities, which ones use an AI System,
• retrieve the associated processing activities from the list of AI Systems.

Field management

Default choice lists are provided to define:

• the AI family (generative, predictive, autonomous, etc.),
• the types of data used (no personal data, anonymized, sensitive personal data, etc.)
• the status of the system (pending deployment, in deployment, active, archived).

The Provacy administrator has control to customize these fields from the Administration menu:
