The information provided when generating clauses
The windows change depending on the selected template type. In this example, we have chosen the most complete template:

From a processing card, you are controller
- Standard contractual clauses (you transfer data to an EU processor)
- Clauses outside the EU to the processor (you export data to a non-EU subcontractor)
- Clauses outside the EU to the Controller (you export data to another non-EU data controller)
You are the data exporter, data controller, selected in the Description tab of the form. Importers are the third parties (such as subcontractors or data controllers) selected in the data table.
From a contract file, you are a processor
- Standard contractual clauses (you process data in the EU on behalf of a data controller - your principal)
- Clauses outside the EU to the processor (you export data to another subcontractor outside the EU as part of your mission for the principal)
- Clauses outside the EU to the controller (you export data to the data controller - your client - outside the EU)
You are a processor who processes or exports data - Description tab of the form. The data controller is the order giver selected in the same tab. Your subcontractors are the third parties selected in the data table.
