10. Add other tables

In some cases, the same processing activity involves several categories of data subjects, for which the processed data differ.

For example, the processing activity Access Management does not collect the same information for employees as for visitors; similarly, the Training Management processing involves different data for trainees and trainers.

In this type of situation, it is recommended to add a separate data table in order to accurately describe the data processed for each category of data subjects.
