Who has access to all the data collected and stored in the active database?

A recipient is a natural or legal person, a public authority, a department or any other body which has access to all or part of the data undergoing processing, or receives communication thereof (GPDR, art. 4.9).

In accordance with article 30 of the GPDR, the categories of recipients of the processing data must be identified and entered in the register.
