The administrator modifies the organisation from the Entities menu:

Deactivate an entity

Companies disappear.

The controller is removed from deployments, virtual groups and target groups. Their registry is deactivated.

Reactivate an entity

You have disabled an entity by mistake.

The controller reappears in deployments and virtual groups, but not in the target groups. Its register is reactivated.

Add new entities

New companies are added.

Virtual groups (all controllers or all subsidiaries) are updated, as are the deployments to these groups.

If necessary, you will need to add the new entity to target groups to automatically update deployments to this new controller.
