3. Semi-automatic translations

For objects without a workflow, translation must be triggered manually, as no validation or publication step is provided.

This applies in particular to:

• the Description fields of the Tools and Third Parties forms,
• the text fields of the Transfers form,
• the names of units or departments,
• all administrator-configurable lists (data subjects, data categories, activity types, etc.).

Two methods are available to trigger automatic translations:

• Language by language (or tab by tab)
• Translate into all languages
