Workflow emails

For each action, automatic emails are sent to the relevant people, with a direct link to the form.

⚙️ These notifications are fully configurable: you can enable or disable them depending on the actions, and customize the template and the signature.

Option to preview the email before sending

An option allows you to preview the email before sending so you can modify its content or recipients if needed.
This option can be enabled for specific roles only, as it also allows you to cancel the email.
