Rights Requests 
The requester accesses the interface from a simple link. He then fills out the form and the information is transmitted from Tchatch to Provacy. The responsible users in Provacy are then notified by email of the creation of a new request.
This request include a 
tab dedicated to discussion with the requester. You can request details or documents, provide information on the duration of processing, communicate the response, etc. In addition, a selection of around ten email templates is at your disposal to facilitate communication.
