1. The requester accesses the Tchatch interface via a link provided in the legal information. They enter their email address and immediately receive a message containing a secure login link. Once connected, they complete the request form. Upon validation, the information is automatically transmitted to Provacy.
2. The DPO team in charge is notified by email, with a direct link to the request to be processed. Several tools facilitate its handling: the integrated chat to communicate with the requester, email templates for quick replies, and a validation workflow to track response times. All shared documents are protected by a watermark.
3. Each message sent via the chat is also delivered by email, with a link to the interface. All exchanges are retained until the request is archived, at which point it is anonymized.
