ANNEX - List of parties

Several data controllers (Principals) or several processors can be selected

The parties, Principals or Data Controllers and processors are selected in the Description tab of the form .

For Clauses outside the EU to the processor template, the exporting processor is selected in the Description tab, the importing processor in the data table.

ANNEX - Description of processing or transfer

The information comes from the Description tab of the Contract card

ANNEX - Data table

All data categories selected in the table are displayed except for Non-EU processor-to-processor Clauses. In this case, only the categories of data received by the processor are presented.

ANNEX - Technical and organizational measures implemented

Measures linked to the Contract and tools selected in the table are displayed.

For Clauses outside EU from processor to processor, the security measures linked to the Third Party which imports the data and that of its linked tools are displayed.
