1. Data subjects

Which category or categories of data subjects do the data used belong to? How many individuals are affected by the processing? Does it involve vulnerable individuals?

The data subject is the person to whom the personal data relates. For example, the employee whose data is processed by the data controller (his employer) to manage his payroll (purpose of processing). The law does not define the different categories of persons concerned, with the exception of children (Article 8 GDPR).

In accordance with Article 30 of the GDPR, data subjects must be identified and entered in the register.

The list is compiled to match your organization. The administrator can customize it.
