The submitter connects to the interface by following a simple link to report a new processing, a data breache, or both. Once connected, he completes the form which is transmitted on Provacy to the DPO team. The latter then receives a notification by email in order to inform the new processing or the new data breache.
The Chat functionality for sending new messages is optional: it can be stopped at declaration or maintained during the instruction phase.
